Personal Data Deletion Instructions

Aurena AI S.A.S.'s public data-deletion instructions. They may be referenced as the “Data Deletion Instructions URL” in Meta app configuration and complement the Privacy Policy.
Who can request it
Anyone who has interacted with Aurena AI, an account user or admin, an end customer whose conversation was processed through a business that uses Aurena AI, or a user tied to an authorized Meta/WhatsApp integration.
Controller vs. Processor
For data Aurena AI controls directly we handle the request immediately. For data a client business controls, we coordinate the request with that business and give you a real path to start the process.
How to request it
Email support@aurenaico.com with the subject “Data deletion”, stating the channel you interacted through and, if applicable, the business involved.
What to expect
Acknowledgement of receipt, identification of which party controls the data, and execution or coordination of the deletion under applicable law.
